INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT & MANAGEMENT COURSES

Managing is: planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
And a manager is a planner, an organizer, a leader, and a controller.

Question: Aren't management skills based on thinking skills?

In fact, aren't all human skills based on thinking skills?

The basic idea of this thinking game is to challenge ourselves to delve deeper and deeper into the basics of thinking. By deconstructing the thinking process until we reach its fundamental building blocks we will automatically develop our thinking skills at the same time.

Consequently, while we are developing our thinking skills, we are able to develop all our other skills (like managing and communicating for example) based on the insights we gain by understanding our thought processes.

The learning process involved in understanding how we think allows us to continuously better understand and develop our other skills.
